Sandy Vo, a 21 year old visionary and thought leader, shares an empowering new perspective on a leading edge, thought provoking approach to living the best kind of life that one can fully live. Sandy was a vibrant young girl full of bursts of energy and positive vibrance with constant eager for a brighter future and a harmonious world. However, she fell down a pit of severe depression after she lost the inspiration of her life to leukemia, while also dealing with the abandonment of her father, and several dramatic ongoing events that occurred in her life in a short amount of time. She spent two years of life solely existing while living without meaning and purpose.
At 5"2ft, after she gained up to 140 lbs due to her depression stage, living in unstable economic conditions, Sandy was determined to get her life back all together by starting with her mental well being and health first. She spent less than a year researching and committing herself to finding the best possible solution for optimal weight loss and healthy life style maintenance.
After several runs of trial and errors, Sandy finally found the answer, not just to losing weight and keeping it off but to living a the best kind of positive life. She then submitted herself into a bodybuilding beauty competition as a measurement to glue herself to her goals while also lending herself to a vast array of other things like running 2 e-boards as a full time college student, an internship to a large music company, her granted independant research study and writing daily blogposts inspiring others on her website.
She remained committed and felt herself coming back to life with every milestone of small achievements. As she is back to life and full of vibrancy, she decided to compile a book from her blog posts as well as her mindtalk to deliver her message to the world about living the best kind of positive life that you can live with the 24 hours that is given to you in a day.
