From the author of The Man in the Ceiling comes another "wickedly funny" (Booklist) illustrated tale. Prince Roger's gift for inspiring laughter is a stone in the heart of the King, who assumes that a prince who's a barrel of laughs lacks the stuff needed to succeed to the throne. So the King sends Roger on a quest, the purpose of which is to turn the carefree young prince into a sober man worthy of being a monarch.
