PI Neal Carey has a talent for uncovering people trying to hide, but this time he has to help his mark stay lost. After Polly Paget, a ditzy actress from Brooklyn, is assaulted by her old boss, “family friendly” TV personality Jackson Landis, a motley assortment of sleazoids, paparazzi, and psychotic assassins are out to get Paget to either talk or shut up permanently. Neal Carey must scramble to hold Polly’s life—and his own—together. This ebook features an illustrated biography of Don Winslow, including rare photos from the author’s personal collection.
