This author was born in the 30s. Dreams, back then, were all anyone could afford. She has written several essays and found her love of writing encouraged when some of the essays were published. "Do Old Eagles Still Soar." was Published in the Women's Magazine by the name of Pennworthy. Her first book takes place in the Oklahoma State Prison. It is fiction. After working in the Sand Springs Police Deptmant; and the encouragement of a local attorney, she wrote "A Long Dirt Road." After recieving her finished copy she knew there was a lot of work to be done in order to become an author. She learned from the mistakes and her latest work shows a great improvement. "North of Kansas" and "A Montana Grizzly" are her second and third books and are now in the hands of publishers.
