The first half remains unchanged in this fourth edition. New and different is the second half, devoted to personal stories of recovery. The 42 tales include that of a gay person, for the first time, and also more from young people, women...

...the 4th edition with only the Personal Stories in the back changing. mainly to keep up to date so the stories can relate to people of this generation. That said it still contains the original stories, new stories have just been added.
