Meg Starr has been a daycare teacher and director. As a professor of Early Childhood Education and Director of the Touro College School of Education, Meg has helped build community programs in the heart of East Harlem. Cornelius Van Wright is an illustrator for children's books and publications. He works with his wife Ying-Hwa Hu (also an illustrator) on many assignments. Their work has been selected to exhibit with the Bologna Art Show and has appeared in The Society of Illustrators Original Art Show. He and his wife reside in New York City with their 2 children.
