Obesity is the problem of every other person you meet nowadays. You will find plenty information on how to lose weight. From the internet to books and articles in a magazine, weight loss is the hot topic everywhere. You will also see so many gyms and fitness institutes on the street, only for one reason and that is, poor lifestyle and diet.
People are always ready to talk about the issue but no one actually knows the root cause of it. This is because most people are more interested in a quick fix to the problem rather than taking an in depth view of the core issues.
Eating more than what the body requires is normally considered as the primary reason of obesity. However, it is not the case always. It is important to point out that eating a lot might not necessarily cause someone to get fat; though eating a lot of the wrong types of food definitely will. Now the question which arises here is: What are the wrong types of foods? Many fitness trainers and experts tend to advise people to add a certain category of food in their diet in order to lose weight. Despite of consuming such foods and sticking to a diet plan prescribed by your trainer, you don’t find any real change in your body.
The major reason for this failure to lose weight and keep it off is we are consuming far too much ACID based foods and not enough ALKALINE based foods.
