Formulaic? Yeah, completely. Ridiculous? A little, in places...I doubt this is a series I'll continue to seek out,
-Cozy Little Book Journal

For mall cop E.J. Ferris, catching customers who “forgot to pay” is quite a change of pace from her former life in the military. But when a real crisis heats up her climate-controlled domain, her old instincts come back quicker than last year’s skinny jeans.

On good days, Fernglen Galleria is a tranquil haven of capitalist splendor—but today is not one of those days. Arriving for her morning shift, E.J. spots a sleeping homeless person outside the east entrance. But the teenage boy turns out to be neither homeless nor asleep. He is, however, dead.

With half the security cameras sabotaged, no one can be sure what happened. E.J. is determined to help solve the case—whether Homicide Detective Helland likes it or not. Uncovering a deadly conspiracy right in her own mall, E.J is about to catch a killer, or get put on lay-away for good…

Ms DiSilverio has written a fun, well-paced mystery that keeps readers guessing. I love getting to know EJ more, as well as the other people who inhabit Fernglen mall.

Well-plotted with interesting likable characters, All Sales Fatal is a nice balance between cozy amateur sleuth and police procedural as EJ is so much a part of Hellend’s investigation.

I loved the first book in this series (Die Buying) and had waited anxiously to see if "All Sales Fatal" would be as good, and it definitely is. The cast of characters, ranging from protagonist EJ Ferris, to her coworkers, friends, and her ever-eager-to-help Grandpa Atherton, are still evolving and readers are let into their worlds a bit more. I commend DiSilverio for letting us learn more about her cast with each book, allowing more clues to their nature while continuing to leave some relationships to be resolved in future books.

All Sales Fatal is an excellent follow-up to the debut book in this series, Die Buying. The mystery has plenty of twists and turns, but is ultimately resolved by the end of the book.

the mystery was interesting, and it was tough figuring out who the killer was and why the murder happened. It also looks like there could be some changes ahead for E.J., both personal and job-wise, and it will be interesting to see what happens to her in the next book. Overall, this was an entertaining read, and I look forward to the next installment in the series.
