One sunny morning a very young cow set out across the barnyard and demands, in a bossy way, that all the other farm animals say Moo.

Does a pig say Moo?
Can a sheep say Moo?
Will a dog say Moo?
Maybe a horse says Moo?
And what about a duck?

It takes a wise old owl to show the bossy little cow why and how and Whoooo is Whoooo!
