The book discusses the sources of our anger and the negative ways in which we express our anger such as: aggresive anger, passive aggressive anger and stuffing our anger. It introduces positive expressions of anger including respectful assertive anger and the challenges to using it. Then, it explains useful tools when in a conflict like "biblical time out." Also it is discusses conflict as a path to greater understanding and how to use positive conflict.
