Synopsis

A Harvard Law School graduate, attorney Jan Weinberg has practiced personal injury law in Hawaii for over four decades. He describes some of his cases beginning with Legal Aid in law school. His stories bring the reader into the day to day world of personal injury law, not just in the courtroom, but in the office, in mediation, and arbitration. Cases that were won and lost are both discusses. The stories, or tales, are entertaining and provide insight into the world of personal injury law. This book will be interesting to practicing lawyers, law students, those contemplating law school, and the general reader with curiosity about our legal system.
