Synopsis

As you grow up, learning to deal with adversity is one of life's lessons. Allan, a college student in Austin, Texas, faces an array of obstacles and adventures on his way to learning that lesson when he is confronted with the combination of a mysterious red-headed girl who may be hiding from the Texas Rangers, a run away daughter of the governor and natural disasters which threaten his job, his friends and maybe even his life. Set in central Texas in the early 1970's, this is a coming of age story chock full of adventure.
