Synopsis

Based on a true story. In 1920's Kansas, foul-mouthed, hot-headed, twelve-year-old Millie Donnan and glum, hard-drinking Pinkerton detective Charlie Sterno negotiate the murderous Klan underbelly of the small, "One Hundred Per Cent American" town of Price to find the truth behind the night her brother died. The killer is closer than she ever would have imagined.
