Synopsis

It’s time to get the hot and sexy body of your dreams! True to its title, this inspiring and upbeat how-to guide will show you how to take your body and your life by storm to become your personal best. It was written for anyone frustrated with the “diet of the month”—male, female, young, or old—who wants to follow a healthy lifestyle involving real-world activities and foods they will enjoy. Providing a series of simple steps, basic principles, and tools that will finally WORK, athlete and inline speed skater Hunter Storm will teach you how to totally transform your body in the following chapters: • learn the secret to making time for exercise • determine your body type, weight, Body Mass Index, and fat ratios • discover the best exercises for your body • learn what to eat, when to eat, and how to deal with cravings • set a Body Type Goal™ • learn to use Brain Liposuction™ • set up your Booty Budget™ • turn an injury into a better body • sleep your way to better health • use looking your best to help you lose weight. Why is Storm qualified to write a book on fitness and health when she’s not a physician, psychologist, or personal trainer? Because of the experience and knowledge she achieved through passion and perseverance. After suffering a life-altering auto accident, she discovered the secrets to overcoming her injuries, lost fifty-five pounds, and became completely rehabilitated. In other words, she knows what it’s like to rise above disability, triumph over borderline obesity, and rejuvenate the mind. In her challenge, she allows no excuses, offers no trophies, and expects you to succeed, but she also promises you’ll have a whole lot of fun along the way! Includes forewords by David Carfagno, D.O., C.A.Q.S.M., Lynn Cochrane Leonard, M.C., C.P.C., Retired, and Jason Arnett, PA, MPAS.
