STEPHANIE DOWRICK, Ph.D., is an internationally bestselling author with many years of experience in a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches, including psychosynthesis and object relations. For some years, she has had a small psychotherapy practice; more recently, she has focused on leading workshops and spiritual retreats.
