Is The Holy Cow Killing You?
Dairy products have long been thought to be the most nutritious food. Dairy products are supposed to be a great source of calcium and protein. While the consumption of dairy products has increased over the last century, the period has also seen a disturbing rise on many diseases that were either non-existent or rare in 1800s.

Over the last few years, I have researched the food we eat, especially the dairy products, to figure out what went wrong and how I could avoid the problems associated with our modern diet. I used the information to drop over 20 pounds, bring my cholesterol levels under control and become more energetic and happier.

A little bit about the Nuggets Series and this book t
A nugget, as the name indicates, is small and valuable. This book has 85 pages out of which 38 are visuals. The text is concentrated to provide lot of practical, useful knowledge in very few words.
If you are the kind that loves books with lots of pages of text, you will probably not like it. If you want to learn something:
• That is worth multiples of what you paid for,
• That is largely visual (for the right brained people!),
• Quickly (because you don’t have much time or you don’t like reading), and
• That you can apply immediately and generate value for yourself

Then buy this book now! You will probably like other Nuggets too!
This Book is best read in Landscape Orientation.
You have probably read a lot of books on diet and dieting. You have probably been on a diet programs claiming to shed tens of pounds in a month. If you are still reading this, you are probably still looking to shed that weight!

In my research, I came across a lot of stuff on dairy products. While conclusive evidence is hard to get, there are signs that dairy products may cause more harm than good. For example, full fat milk has been blamed for increasing cholesterol levels. I found similar situation with a lot of other things like increased pesticide usage and safety of our food.

In this book, I show you why we need to stay off certain food and how you can turn around your health by eating a common sense diet. While it is difficult, almost impossible to prove linkages between increased use of chemicals in our farms, dairies and ranches, we are better off using common sense to eat a diet that minimizes the ingestion of these harmful chemicals. While Big Pharma and governments make tall claims about safety of drugs and chemicals, I show you why it is impossible to test all possible combinations of these chemicals. The so called drug-drug interaction, as it is practiced today, is virtually worthless. If it is impossible to test the various combinations of chemicals and their interactions, then it is safe to assume that it is impossible to guarantee their safety.

Let me repeat the disclaimer: I am not a medical doctor. Please do not construe this as medical advice. Nothing suggested here is endorsed by any medical or governmental agency. This is simply one man’s opinion and one man’s journey of health. But it is my sincerest wish that it will help you improve your health.

Read this book to find out how you can control the amount of harmful chemicals in your diet and stay out of harm’s way.
