Brenda Gunn a registered medical professional, received her training from Kansas City Medical and Dental College. When she was eighteen, she wrote and published Sweden Shoes and Breath of Ballet, two stage plays. An animal lover, she cares for abused and neglected pets and raises rare and exotic animals for zoos. She lives in Kingsville, near Kansas City, Missouri. Shannon Richardson, a former prison guar who has had ten screenplays optioned and was a Sundance Institute finalist, has guest lectured at the Kennedy Center, The American Film institute, and several colleges. She has a BA in theatre from the University of Texas and completed graduate studies at Southern Methodist University. She lives in Durango, Colorado.
