A young government accountant, while auditing a giant corporation deeply involved with the Chinese, finds massive errors in the billing totaling over $28 million. He finds himself testifying against the company in front of a Senate subcommittee hearing. But no sooner does he announce his findings when he is offered a job from the top person in the General Accounting Office. While he considers it the chance of a lifetime, his friends suspect he may have been bought off for his testimony, and begin their own investigation. But when one of them is killed, the young accountant finds himself caught in an intricate underground war of power and deceit. He must find the truth behind the lies...and the people behind the truth!
