Synopsis
What got me started on the Paleo diet is that I recognized something was, and is, terrible wrong with our society. Sickness seems to be prevalent in every school, office and home.
Even though we are eating less fat, obesity is still an epidemic and our modern diseases continue to devastate hundreds of millions of lives.
There must be a better way!
A big part of our health comes down to what we eat. We may not be able to remove all the toxins from our environment but we can strengthen our body so that we are better equipped to deal with the stresses of everyday life.
The basis of the Paleo diet is a return to the foods that our body loves so that we can begin to heal ourselves.
