Meyer is a graduate of the Culinary Insitute of America, in Hyde Park, New York. He has been a chef at such restaurants as Cafe des Artistes and The Russian Tea Room in New York City. He is currently the executive chef of Woodlands Market in Marin County, California. Marcello Garofalo is a well-known film critic in Italy and works as a freelance journalist for the daily newspaper II Manifesto in Naples and for Ciao magazine. He has written several books about Disney Films for Disney Libri in Italy.
