Synopsis

The body of Brian Woods washes ashore. Counterfeit money and Spanish doubloons are found in his clothing. How did he get there? Detective Marcello Prado and former CSI Connie Cane team up with FBI, agent Marteen Shaw to find out why. The investigation leads to Florida, New Orleans and the Caribbean Islands. False arrest, racketeering and smuggling dredge up an old unsolved murder.

Who committed these murders? The investigation takes the trio through odd and peculiar turns. Voodoo complicates the case when weird things begin to happen after a day at Mardi Gras.
