Synopsis

From M. J. Konevich comes nine well-crafted short stories straight out the horror genre. The Endless Road opens with "The Shades," a terrifying tale about the dangers of modern energy consumption and moves seamlessly into the strange world of "Night Paving," where a man with no job soon finds that he is responsible for more than just picking up the highway trash. From there the reader takes a ride on "The Elevator," one that only goes down, then steers into a tale that every motorist has wanted to answer--"How's My Driving?"--before racing into more hair-raising and spine-tingling twists and turns. Each story is written and delivered in such a way as to immediately grab the reader and never let go. The beauty of the short story is the way in which an entire idea can be expressed in a condensed format, and in The Endless Road, the stories and images come at the reader relentlessly.

Buckle up and prepare for the ride of your life in The Endless Road--a trek down a highway of pure terror...
