After a big fight with her little sister, Kendra makes a decision. She decides that Penny doesn’t have what it takes to be an adult. Penny just got kicked out of another college, and Kendra is sick of paying for her little sister to party. Fortunately for Kendra, her boyfriend has a solution. Wyatt is setting up a new daycare center, and he needs someone to help him get started.
The next day, Penny wakes up strapped down and surrounded by people. Kendra is there to greet her little sister and explains what’s going to happen. Wyatt, Kendra’s boyfriend, needs someone to act like a child to test his daycare center’s security. He needs to be certain that the little boys and girls who are cared for there won’t be able to wander off. As such, Penny has been elected as the test subject.
She will be treated like a baby girl. She will wear diapers, eat baby food, play with stuffed animals, and be babysat just like a toddler. Since she’ll do her best to get away, Penny will be the perfect volunteer for this little experiment. To make it fair, Penny is forced to wear a set of locking bracelets that emit a series of electrical impulses. These jolts don’t hurt, but they do inhibit her muscle control, effectively reducing Penny’s strength to that of a two-year-old.
Penny will have a variety of babysitters. Some, like Corinne, are nice to her. They treat her like an adorable baby doll. But then there are other caretakers, people like Kurt and Mandy. Mandy is particularly cruel and loves humiliating the little diaper girl with lots of tickling, spanking, and forced wetting.
To make sure Penny does her absolute best, Wyatt tells her that she has two weeks to escape The Happy Time Daycare Center. If she fails, then he’ll keep her like this forever.
