Synopsis

Cat Conrad, live in Texas with their iguanas, Popeye and Darwin; a mali uromastyx named (appropriately) O'Malley; and a leopard tortoise named Shelley (for the poet, of course).

Caine also packs in plenty of action as this edge-of-your seat thriller plays out. Totally readable!

The most fascinating part of Rachel Caine's latest Morganville book is the millennia old vampire who experiments on the human- vampire species while keeping a distance from them to avoid the dreaded ennui depression. This is a must read for teens and adults.
