Is your sleep becoming something that you worry about? Then you need to read this book. The most common reaction from readers after reading this book is - that can't work, it's too easy. But falling asleep is meant to be easy...right? The method described is simple but it does take a definite effort on your part to make it work. It's called the miraculous Kaleidoscope Method because just like magic the simple process seems to occupy your mind and let your body take over and get what it needs. The next thing you will know is it is morning. Even if you don't think it will work it still will. One of my friends was recalling her teenage daughter saying that the last thing she remembered thinking before waking up in the morning was, 'This isn't working!'. This book is quick to read - 10 to 15 minutes should do it. It uses no drugs or equipment. Once you have paid for the book you will have the process to use for the rest of your life. It gets easier and faster each time you use it. Knowing you can get back to sleep quickly will stop you from worrying about waking up. You will stop waking up so often. My favorite part - sometimes you can feel your body falling asleep; it's like receiving a shot of anesthetic and as it spreads from limb to limb they fall asleep. That's when you know you are just about to drop off. There is a checklist to ensure you are not doing something during the day that is stopping you from sleeping at night. It works even 30 minutes before your alarm is set to go off. It puts you back in charge of your sleep.
