Fourteen-year-old Cajen Jennings bicycles from Florida to Utah in a desperate attempt to find his grandpa, Caleb Jennings, who is spending the winter in his remote retreat for up in the Rocky Mountains of Southern Utah. Tandi Myers, an FBI agent, escapes from drug dealers who seek her life. She comes to the mountains and finds Caleb Jennings, who is still relatively young, handsome, and fun to be with. They experience romantic and heart-shaking adventures together. Cajen's mother, brother, and two sisters come to the mountains searching for Cajen. The entire family reunites after overcoming many challenges and difficulties in their quest to be together.
