A father and son’s planned camping trip to the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia, takes a surprising turn as they encounter several unexpected events. First they are stalked by an unseen presence on their hike in the woods; then a lost set of keys suddenly reappears in a strange place; then a group of men who appear to be involved in a recreational paint ball gun exercise, turn out to be something much more sinister.
This is a story of relationship enhancement and high adventure as the son proves to be more resourceful than could have been expected. With the assistance of another teenager, who is a local character working around the camp site, he manages to turn the dire situation into a great victory over the forces of evil.
