The author is a semi-retired lawyer, practicing law now on a limited basis, representing selected clients. He is licensed in Missouri and Texas. He received his Juris Doctor’s degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1967 and began practicing law in 1968. He is now living in Bonita Springs, Florida.
