Synopsis

Casual readers will have a lot of fun with "Ghost Story." Hardcore Butcher fans will need to take a few deep breaths and remind themselves that change is good.

...the characters are well developed, Harry's trademark motor mouth is still intact, and the pop culture references keep flying. It's at times funny, thrilling, disturbing and sad - but you can never say it's dull.

Of course don’t think being a spirit exempts Harry from his usual pain and suffering. There’s plenty of that. There’s also quite a bit more the reader discovers about Harry’s past which I absolutely loved.
