After three years of my kids taking antibiotics over and over and over I decided there had to be a better way to keep them healthy. I spoke with Dr. Carolyn Dean and after a phone consultation she said that my kids were suffering from excess candida in their intestines. The candida overthrows all of the good flora which is your immune system and therefore your kids can't fight anything off.
She then said, you can't eat sugar, yeast, dairy, or wheat. It is what candida eats. You have to starve it so it gets out of their system. My thought was, "My kids eat all of that too, and not much else, they are going to starve."

And finally, I've created sections of recipes for drinks, breakfasts, lunches, snacks, dinners and desserts. Mainly to give you ideas on how to adapt your diet around an anti-candida diet if you feel like your family would benefit.
