Synopsis

Kyle and Amy have always been best friends. When they get in over their heads with problems at home, they turn to karate for help. Kyle feels he has no choice but to revert to illegal activities while Amy promises to keep his secret, even from her mother. Amy's mother Maya has problems of her own trying to solve a series of murders and assaults that lead her to suspect her daughter might be in danger. Can Maya figure out what's really going on in time to save Amy and Kyle, or will she be too late?
