By defining terms and establishing God's boundaries, Terry Wier's powerful message challenges the lies of the Enemy and reclaims the lives of people who have been trapped by false sexual beliefs and practices. He also established ministries in New Orleans and Miami through the original staff of West Side Ministries. In 1993, Wier and his family moved to Dallas and attended Covenant Church, where Pastor Mike Hayes ordained Wier to the ministry. Two years later, Isaiah Ministries (an outgrowth of West Side Ministries) was given the property that now houses the Therapeutic Living Center, where people can go to recover from sexual problems and addictions. In 1996, he began a bilingual, nondenominational church, the Isaiah Worship Center, in Dallas, which he co-pastors with Phyllis.
