Dennis Laverty is the founder and Managing Director of the Inspired Learning group of companies, specialising in Leadership Development. He has established and run successful companies for the majority of his adult life, usually running those businesses from home. He not only knows the theory of how to run a successful business that can be run from home, he also has the experience of the unique skills and disciplines that are the secret ingredients which make the difference between success and failure. In his time as a business development and support provider, Dennis has trained over 30,000 business owners, directors and managers and has been able to amass a vast knowledge of the problems and challenges that successful business people have to overcome in order to achieve their success. In 1980 he was made redundant when Consett Steelworks in County Durham was closed down so he bought into a mobile shop franchise and started his first business.
