Do you need help in the grieving process? I'm talking to spouses, family members, relatives and friends of the dying or deceased. I know you are hurting.
The book, "Hospice Stories and Poems to Assist You in the Grieving Process" will help you deal with your grief. The stories and poems were composed while I was employed for eight years as Protestant chaplain for Angela Hospice, Livonia, Michigan. I would give copies of this book to families and friends of our patients from time to time. Every one of them said they found comfort in the words and poems I put in the book. Hospice employees would lend copies of the book to families for the same purpose.
We all need help in dealing with our grief. We need to understand that although we will never fully deal with our sorrow, God cares about us and our feelings. This book is the result of my constant efforts to help grieving families find a way to help resolve their anguish in a positive way. I wrote it the way I did--story, poem, story poem--in order to provide a resource that could be used on a day-by-day basis.
Feel free to copy and use my materials to help your family and friends deal with their grief, but do not sell them for profit.
