Jason E. Thummel is a southern Indiana writer whose work has appeared in Flashing Swords magazine, the anthologies Rage of the Behemoth and Magic and Mechanica, as well as many other venues both online and in print. He has several tales forthcoming in the highly respected genre magazine Black Gate, and his contemporary flash fiction story "Contact," which was part of the charity project 100 Stories for Haiti, was recently translated into Portuguese--which he just finds incredibly cool.
