He has been personally involved with the management of some of the largest Revaluation Programs ever undertaken, and with property valuations in hundreds of Revaluation Programs containing millions of parcels of Real Estate in nineteen States during the past thirty-seven years. He currently operates a consulting business providing assessment-related services to Government and private Companies.
