Synopsis

Many years ago Benjamin and his family set out on a long journey. Theywere eager to leave the hard life of their Russian homeland for the comfort and wealth of America. America was far away. And getting there would involve many difficulties. There was the fear of getting caught, an over-crowded train, a packed, rocky ship, and finally, the terrors of Ellis Island.
