This book is a resource for the Mediterranean diet, which as you will discover, is not really a diet at all. About the Author
The author has struggled with weight loss her entire life, probably because she loves food, particularly foods with a lot of flavor. Further, dieting has always been an issue for the author, as she cannot stick to a regimented diet plan. Fortunately, this is exactly what the doctor ordered!
The Mediterranean diet provides you with lots of flavor options, and no super strict regimen of foods you need to eat, or how much or when you can eat. This non-diet ended up being the perfect solution for the author. She now lives a happy life, is allowed to eat a wide variety of flavorful foods and has reduced her risk for health complications, such as heart disease.
