A madman is abducting and killing young local women during a time when the Police Department is already suffering from internal turmoil and corruption. The twelve hundred, mostly white male force responded with rage.Officer Callahan is just beginning her career and life in the world of law enforcement when she quickly discovers the goal is simply to survive each day in this hostile world of violent calls, criminals and police corruption. She tolerates the intolerable and turns her head when she shouldn't trying to fit in but finds herself pulled into this world of madness no matter how hard she tries to avoid it. She learns just how precious life really is when she decides to stand up and fight.
