Gabriella Jackson knew her life was about to change the night Damian Frinks came to her rescue behind a Harlem nightclub. At first sight, Gabby wasn't sure if he was friend or foe. Still, the intriguing Jamaican male had a sex appeal that captivated Gabby the instant she gazed into his bottomless dark eyes.
Damian, who swore no woman would ever have his heart, was just as captivated by Gabriella. The petite, chocolate-toned beauty was headstrong and confident. Moreover, she possessed a determination which surprised him.
Though the attraction was mutual, Damian and Gabriella were plagued by misunderstanding. For Gabriella, it was the feeling that Damian was pursuing her with intentions of adding another name to his list of conquests. Damian's interest, however, was more than sexual. He had never met a woman with no desire to stroke, pamper or feed his sometimes overbearing ego. What Damian felt was both powerful and extraordinary. He was a man accustomed to having what he wanted and Gabriella was exactly what he wanted. Of course, things weren't easy. Tempers soared, as did the passion whenever the accomplished entrepreneurs succumbed to the attraction between them. Nevertheless, that attraction brought them together frequently and they were determined to overcome all obstacles in the pursuit of promised ecstasy.
