Edward Gehweiler tells stories of about his small town childhood in the early 1900’s and the business that was owned and run by his extended family. He recounts the unexpected life that military service brought to everyday people during World War II. He chronicles his move back home and the struggle to find employment as the armed forces released an army into civilian life.
He tells stories about his work experiences, his friendships, and raising a family. In his own words, Edward tells of his “journey” through the twentieth century.
