England: The year was 1870.

Unbeknown to May, the moment she opened the door to the forbidden room, she had broken the seal on a tightly bound web of deceit, causing it to slowly unravel. Her mind conjured up many things, but nothing could prepare her for the discovery of Natalia!
Natalia’s very existence is now threatened, and her only chance of survival is an old gypsy woman, but to find her she must embark on a dangerous journey through the deep woods.
The people of the forest are like no other she has seen before, especially the handsome Besnik, but he, as do the others, show a great hatred at the mere mention of her name, as they believe she is responsible for a terrible curse that befell them. When Natalia discovers the true nature of this curse, a deep dark secret the old gypsy woman has kept for many years, Natalia’s world, as she has known it, is suddenly turned upside down.
In the dead of night, Natalia sneaks out of the gypsy camp with the aid of a young gypsy boy, one who possesses a special gift. They embark on a dangerous journey; one they both believe is their only hope of freeing the gypsies of their current plight.
As the web of deceit finally unravels, Natalia uncovers another secret, one so shocking it threatens not just her life, but also that of another.

I was born in Australia and currently reside in Tropical Far North Queensland with my partner. I love the great outdoors, it is a great source of inspiration, whether it be the remote arid desert with its hidden beauty or the azure sea skirted by pristine white sands, or the lush vegetation of the rainforest. I find each setting lurks a hidden secret and a story to be told. I love anything that allows me to use my imagination and the freedom to be creative; writing, sewing and gardening. My partner, two children and three stepchildren are very important to me, they are my foundation, my life source who encourage me to not only believe in myself, but never loose sight of my dreams.
