Plastic canvas can be utilized to make anything you can cut or bend the shape of the canvas into, which makes it a very versatile medium. The decoration of the canvas can be simple or complicated, or as artistic as your inner artist wants it to be. Author Elisabeth Brenner De Nitto gives several project ideas in this book, including picture frames, napkin rings, eyeglass holders, and welcome pictures. There are other items that were needed in there time, such as typewriter covers, but out of date in the day of computing. Nevertheless, the author's skill in needlecraft and teaching the art come through, so you will learn the art and be able to apply it to other projects.
