Charles Wells was born in West Plains, MO in 1945. He grew up in Bowling Green, MO and Prairie Village, KS. He passes his time story telling, playing banjo, hiking 14ers, and farming. He is a graduate of Drury University (BA, 1967) and Harvard Business School (MBA, 1969). He is married to Judy, his wife of 43 years, has two children, Lucy and Ben, a son-in-law, Fred, and three grandchildren, Waverly, Finn, and Charlie. He currently lives in Mission Hills, KS and Sanibel, FL
