It contains approximately 500 questions based on the material in Robert McCunney's comprehensive text, A Practical Approach to Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Second Edition . Answers are explained through excerpts from the text. Two additional chapters present practical strategies for preparing for and taking the board exam. The American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM) designates each of the five sections of this review for a maximum of 15 credits in Category 1 of the American Medical Association's Physician's Recognition Award
