The follow-up to Hebert’s bright debut...features so many casual double crosses that it would be foolish to take any of them personally.

Synopsis

When street-wise con man Darnell Sims is busted for a traffic violation, he has no idea how much his life is about to change. Already a fugitive, Darnell is back on the radar of hard-nosed ATF agent Max Bradford. On their way out of a jailhouse pickup, Max and Darnell are run off the road by a gang headed by drug lord Raoul Garcia. Raoul is holding a long grudge, after a stash of cash that Darnell and others stole from him three years ago. With all that missing money out there, no one is as they appear. With everyone coming out of the woodwork, Max and Darnell have to decide: who are the bad guys and who are the really bad guys?
