Welcome to the Olymp-i-a Health Challenge! You are about to embark on a journey of discovery! In this journey you will strengthen your own health as well as the health of others.
This “notepad” e-book series provides a daily motivational challenge to engage you and others in the practice of positive ideas and actions for health. The goal is to strengthen your healthy life skills and habits. The “i” and the “a” in “Olymp-i-a” stand for positive “ideas” and “actions.” Each e-book in this series contains a new and distinct 31 days of positive ideas and actions for health that were generated and recorded on a daily basis by the author while taking the Olymp-i-a Health Challenge over the course of a year. (At the time of this e-book publication the author is in her second year of the daily Challenge).
You can begin the Challenge on any day of the year. The best time to start is now!
The e-books in the Olymp-i-a Challenge series are dynamic!! You help make them come alive! They engage you to "read one, do one, share one." When you read a motivational idea or action in the e-book, you can use e-reader annotation features and social e-reading applications to engage in the Challenge and jot down your own positive ideas and actions for health (and, if you choose, share and discuss ideas and actions with others), all within the margins of your e-book. Of course, these functions are not required in order to benefit from the e-book. The Challenge is your journey and your adventure.
Positive change starts with small, simple steps. Each positive idea or action for health moves us forward and practice makes us stronger.
