Synopsis

In this third book in the Angel series, Miranda’s lupus is in remission as Mitch and Miranda debate whether to return to Toronto or stay near the Summerberry, Saskatchewan, area. When they notice Miranda’s strange symptoms, they fear the worst. Both worry that her lupus is back, and she experiences serious complications due to her illness. They are overjoyed when they find out Miranda is indeed expecting something—a baby!

Cynthia Haas lives on an acreage near the small village of Killaly, Saskatchewan. She worked in many aspects of health care as a special care aide in a nursing home, to an admitting clerk in the hospital, to the Home Care and Community Services Department, not only in Melville, Saskatchewan, but the wonderful community of Ituna. If you ask her, she will tell you that every department was unique, every coworker precious with their own sense of humor, and she loved every minute of it. It was through each of these departments that she expanded her knowledge of all the aspects of the human plight, both physical and emotional. After working for twenty-one years she has retired, and with plenty of medical background and a vivid imagination she can continue on with her real passion, writing!
