Nurse Kristen Parker was in debt, massive student debt and to make matters worse her first job in an inner city ER room leaves her with with a bullet wound. To pay off her moneylender, she is persuaded to take part in a vile peep show. A job offer from a porn film maker seems to offer a way out, but when she reaches the film studio, she realises that the horror of her sexual torment has only just begun.
