Tito Rico is a Cuban-American, who lives in "the projects" of New York City. He's made his life on the mean streets of the barrio, avoiding its dangers and temptations and staying alive. Events spiral out of control when his friend Pepito is brutally murdered and Tito sets out to hunt down the killer.
